Keith has been a star in the educational arena, with his many awards and accolades for his commitment to education. Some of his notable achievements came when he was awarded the National Institute for Staff and Organizational Development (NISOD) Medal for outstanding commitment and contribution to the High School and College Students. He has also been was recognized by the Lead America, a youth organization, and National University for his work in inspiring life changes in our next generation of leaders.
Keith’s entrepreneur accomplishments come from his sharp leadership instincts and strong business sense. Well known for his saying “Winning is Temporary, Learning is Forever” telling his co-workers that it is more important to learn about the market and customer then to just gain a single sale. Keith is hands-on in all facets of taking a product from concept to creation, to market within lightning speed. He oversees the legal and financial processes and has driven his business to the success it has achieved.
Well known as one of the most prolific coaches of sports of our time, Keith started with one idea for basketball and turned it into an international training brand. He has creatively trained over 1,000 athletes in US and Internationally. He has coached both men’s and women’s college athletes and been a high school and college athletic director.
Keith is known for creating a unique educational experience for his students that helps make their lives easier, whether it is creative online methods or inventing “Video Education” method. Keith understands that there is a new learner out there and leaders must meet them where they are. Whether it is teaching high school and college students or training the new managers at Walmart his new methods are setting the pace for the future of education and business.
Keith retired from the U.S. Marine Corps in 2004 after 22 years of faithful service to his country. He is known as a strong role model and true inspiration to so many that served with him. He is a highly decorated service member who has traveled the world and visited several foreign lands.
